Ditch the treadmill, grab your racquet and get your heart pumping with TEN-FIT! Designed for players at all levels who enjoy combining cardio with the fun and excitement of tennis, this program takes you through short cycles of high intensity workouts followed by short periods of rest and testing tennis drills. Set to funky music, this routine is equally as rewarding as a gym workout and will leave you hooked on tennis for life! Sessions run in one month blocks, twice a week and for one hour each session.
